Art Director
A rapidly growing consumer products and ecommerce organization with a portfolio of established brands serving customers globally. The company is seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Art Director to lead brand storytelling and visual execution across digital channels while managing and mentoring a talented design team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and visual identity across multiple consumer brands and ecommerce channels.
- Establish, maintain, and evolve brand standards to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Oversee the development of creative assets for email, social media, digital advertising, ecommerce experiences, photography, and video.
- Partner with Marketing and Merchandising teams to develop seasonal campaigns, promotional strategies, and content calendars.
- Direct photography and video concepts with internal teams and external creative partners.
- Utilize customer insights, performance metrics, and industry trends to drive creative improvements and engagement.
- Develop and maintain design systems, templates, and reusable creative assets that improve efficiency and brand consistency.
- Design and oversee creative execution across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising.
- Create original concepts for campaigns, product launches, photography, video, and emerging marketing channels.
- Lead, mentor, and provide day-to-day guidance to the design team, fostering creativity and professional development.
- Review and approve creative work, ensuring adherence to brand standards and quality expectations.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience as an Art Director or in a senior graphic design or creative leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, visual design, and art direction across digital marketing and ecommerce channels.
- Expertise in typography, layout, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Proven ability to develop creative concepts from ideation through final execution.
- Experience leading and mentoring designers while maintaining high creative standards.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about design, branding, and customer experience.

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 base salary
