Compensation: Upper $100Ks to Low $200Ks Base + 30% Bonus + Relocation Assistance
About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading multi-unit restaurant operator, is seeking a Facilities Services Senior Director to lead enterprise-wide facilities, maintenance, and asset management strategy across approximately 950 corporate-owned locations. This executive leader will be responsible for driving asset reliability, restaurant readiness, maintenance excellence, financial performance, and long-term growth initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead facilities services operations across a large multi-site portfolio
- Drive reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs
- Develop asset lifecycle and capital investment strategies
- Manage a facilities budget exceeding $50M
- Improve asset reliability, uptime, and restaurant readiness
- Lead enterprise maintenance standards and service models
- Develop and mentor facilities leadership teams
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Development teams
- Optimize staffing strategies, vendor performance, and service delivery
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of facilities, maintenance, or asset management leadership experience
- Multi-site operations leadership experience
- Proven ownership of large maintenance budgets and financial planning
- Expertise in asset lifecycle management and reliability programs
- Experience leading leaders and building high-performing teams
- Strong analytical, financial, and business planning capabilities
- Experience supporting restaurant, retail, hospitality, convenience store, or other distributed operations
