Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 + Bonus

A growing global manufacturing company is seeking a Site HSE Manager for its Gastonia, NC facility. This individual will lead all health, safety, and environmental initiatives for the site, partnering closely with leadership and employees to strengthen the safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement. The Site HSE Manager responsibilities include:
- Leading site-wide health, safety, and environmental programs while fostering a proactive and engaged safety culture.
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA, environmental, and other applicable regulatory requirements through audits, inspections, and program management.
- Developing and maintaining safety policies, procedures, training programs, and best practices across the facility.
- Conducting incident investigations, managing corrective actions, and implementing preventive measures to reduce risk and improve performance.
- Supporting sustainability initiatives and environmental programs while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
The Site HSE Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety programs, environmental compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with sustainability programs and environmental initiatives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence safety performance throughout the organization.
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with a passion for developing and leading world-class safety programs.
