Retail Logistics Analyst
- Support day-to-day retail logistics, warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations.
- Monitor inventory and resolve supply chain discrepancies.
- Manage store deliveries and logistics partner performance.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs using Excel, SQL, and other systems.
- Support import logistics, transportation processes, and 3PL volume forecasting.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve service, cost, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with IT, Merchandising, Allocation, Finance, and external logistics partners.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics and/or supply chain.
- Experience with inventory, warehouse, transportation, distribution, or retail logistics.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- SQL or other data management experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; Supply Chain, Engineering, Math, Computer Science, or Economics a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Phillipsburg, NJ, Thursday through Monday.
