Senior Warehouse Operations Manager
- Oversee receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and returns operations.
- Manage warehouse and inventory activities across three distribution centers.
- Lead and develop warehouse supervisors, leads, and associates.
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and shipping performance.
- Develop SOPs and drive process improvements and cost reductions.
- Support WMS, RF scanning, and warehouse automation initiatives.
- Maintain strong safety, quality, and customer service standards.
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in apparel, retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods distribution.
- 3+ years of supervisory or management experience leading warehouse teams.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Experience with WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Apparel distribution experience highly preferred.
- RF scanning, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
