Senior Hardware Engineer (Compute Test)
- Design, develop, prototype, and test advanced digital hardware systems
- Create and review schematics, PCB layouts, and component selections
- Develop high-speed PCB and multilayer board designs
- Support hardware architecture, bring-up, validation, and debugging
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and signal-integrity issues
- Collaborate with firmware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams
- Drive projects from concept through production release
- Improve hardware design, testing, and manufacturing processes
- Support product reliability, performance, and customer requirements
- 7+ years of hardware engineering experience
- Strong background in digital circuit design
- Experience designing high-speed PCBAs and multilayer boards
- Knowledge of signal integrity principles
- Experience with hardware debugging tools including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
- Understanding of hardware validation and quality processes
- Experience with SERDES technologies
- Familiarity with PCIe and/or 100G Ethernet protocols
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced engineering environment
- Work on cutting-edge compute test and instrumentation products
- Solve complex digital hardware challenges
