About the Role
This role combines supply chain operations, business ownership, and AI-enabled transformation. You will take end-to-end responsibility for supply chain performance, identify operational challenges, and translate them into scalable processes, workflows, and AI use cases.
The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable understanding real-world supply chain operations and applying digital or AI tools to improve cost, service, responsiveness, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and improve end-to-end supply chain performance across cost, service, responsiveness, and operational risk.
- Engage customers and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and define practical solutions.
- Review site operations, identify bottlenecks and root causes, and lead process improvement or transformation initiatives.
- Translate operational challenges into structured workflows, decision logic, automation opportunities, and AI use cases.
- Apply AI and digital tools to improve planning, monitoring, exception management, and decision-making.
- Analyze operational data and develop proactive alerts for potential shortages, delays, risks, or service issues.
- Work closely with operations, data, and technology teams to test, validate, and improve AI-enabled solutions.
- Support junior team members and encourage the adoption of AI-assisted and continuous-improvement practices.
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, planning, logistics, or a related function.
- Proven involvement in optimization, Kaizen, process improvement, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong business ownership mindset, with the ability to manage outcomes rather than individual tasks.
- Good understanding of operational performance, including cost, service level, customer impact, and risk.
- Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Practical experience using AI, automation, analytics, or digital tools within operational workflows.
- Ability to connect business requirements with data, systems, and AI capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with some ambiguity.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to business planning, pre-sales, digital transformation, or supply chain solution design.
- Regional or cross-functional supply chain experience.
- Experience developing or implementing AI-supported decision tools, control towers, alerts, or workflow automation
