The other is a market fulfillment center in suburban Chicago. You'll lead a team of on-site WMS Analysts and serve as the main systems partner to DC operations leadership. The team is strong and stable, and this year's focus is flawless peak execution.

What You'll Do

  • Own site-specific WMS configurations, system health checks and inventory synchronization
  • Oversee issue triage, escalation, root cause analysis and vendor coordination
  • Partner with DC leaders as a thought partner when systems break, and evaluate solutions with them
  • Write and run SQL queries to troubleshoot issues, validate data and build reports
  • Support LMS work with Industrial Engineering, plus UAT, upgrades and continuous improvement projects
  • Maintain SOX-compliant system access and controls
  • Lead systems readiness and execution through peak season (Black Friday and Cyber Monday)

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of people leadership with direct reports; multi-site or remote teams preferred
  • 3+ years of hands-on Manhattan WMS experience (SCALE, WMOS/2013 or Active)
  • Enough technical depth to challenge assumptions, weigh solutions and develop analysts
  • Strong communication skills with operations, IT and corporate stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL and experience with relational databases
  • Experience with UAT and regression testing, JIRA, and SOX controls
  • A bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain or a related field
  • Nice to have: LMS experience, DC operations background, Lean or Six Sigma

Why This Role

  • Remote role with a clear path toward Senior Manager or Director
