The business case for gender diversity is stronger than ever, but many companies are struggling to ensure women are fairly represented in top management. According to a report from Gartner, while women make up 37% of today's end-to-end supply chain workforce, they only fill 15% of senior positions. How we can we address the balance and drive diversity forwards?
