Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Plant Manager to oversee daily operations at a high-purity chemical manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while leading cross-functional teams in operations, maintenance, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Drive operational efficiency and cost control through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Oversee training and development of plant personnel.
• Implement and maintain ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
• Collaborate with leadership to align plant strategies with business goals.
• Manage capital projects and equipment installations.
• Monitor and improve product quality and process reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-purity chemical or semiconductor-related manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
