About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our Haines City facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving team performance, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments (Quality, Maintenance, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required!
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in production software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
