What You'll Do

Project Leadership

  • Oversee electrical projects from planning through execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Partner with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Proactively monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Electrical Systems Design

  • Design and evaluate electrical systems for industrial facilities, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
  • Ensure all designs meet applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Perform load calculations, system layouts, and feasibility assessments.

Documentation & Drafting

  • Develop detailed project documentation including specifications, reports, and as-built drawings.
  • Revise designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Certification: PE license (or ability to obtain within one year).
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience managing electrical projects in the building systems sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong grasp of electrical codes and standards (NEC, IEEE, NFPA).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40%.
