The Social Media Director will be responsible for:

• Owning and executing a social-first strategy that drives upper funnel brand awareness and consideration
• Leading the development of platform-native content that resonates with diverse audiences and reflects the brand's evolving identity
• Building and mentoring a high-performing team of social strategists, content creators, and analysts
• Partnering closely with brand, creative, and digital teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints
• Driving innovation in social formats, trends, and audience engagement tactics
• Overseeing real-time content creation, social listening, and community management
• Managing paid social campaigns and optimizing performance through data-driven insights
• Acting as the internal authority on platform evolution, audience behavior, and emerging technologies

The Social Media Director should have the following qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in social media strategy, with a proven track record of leading brand transformation through digital channels
• Deep expertise in platform-native content creation, audience growth, and engagement
• Analytical mindset with fluency in social KPIs, performance metrics, and optimization strategies
• Passion for storytelling, trendspotting, and building culturally relevant brand moments
