The Social Media Director will be responsible for:
- Owning and executing a social-first strategy that drives upper funnel brand awareness and consideration
- Leading the development of platform-native content that resonates with diverse audiences and reflects the brand's evolving identity
- Building and mentoring a high-performing team of social strategists, content creators, and analysts
- Partnering closely with brand, creative, and digital teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints
- Driving innovation in social formats, trends, and audience engagement tactics
- Overseeing real-time content creation, social listening, and community management
- Managing paid social campaigns and optimizing performance through data-driven insights
- Acting as the internal authority on platform evolution, audience behavior, and emerging technologies
The Social Media Director should have the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in social media strategy, with a proven track record of leading brand transformation through digital channels
- Deep expertise in platform-native content creation, audience growth, and engagement
