Scope: Global transportation (inbound & outbound) for Technical Apparel + Racket & Balls
Role Summary:
The Global Account Manager acts as the key liaison between transportation and brand partners, ensuring alignment on service, strategy, and performance. This role manages global transport operations, leads strategic projects, and drives service excellence through strong partnerships and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Partnership Management:
- Serve as the main contact for brand stakeholders.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and negotiate SLAs.
- Align transport services with brand goals and forecasts.
- Drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
Operational Oversight:
- Manage inbound/outbound transport operations.
- Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, order accuracy, etc.).
- Resolve service issues and ensure brand-specific execution.
- Lead process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Deliver performance reports and insights.
- Use data to guide service enhancements and strategic planning.
Team Leadership:
- Guide and develop team members.
- Ensure training and alignment with brand expectations.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 10+ years in logistics, with international exposure
- Strong background in transportation and supply chain strategy
Education:
- Master's in Business Administration or equivalent
Skills:
- Strategic communication, negotiation, and account management
- Deep knowledge of transportation modes (parcel/trucking essential)
- Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills
- Fluent in English; able to work in multicultural environments
