Position Overview

A fast-growing company in the luxury products industry is looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Manager - B2B to join its team. This individual will be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities and building strategic relationships with professionals across hospitality, construction, and commercial sectors. The primary goal is to expand the company's B2B sales footprint and drive sustainable growth in high-end markets.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Planning
Craft and implement effective sales strategies to drive B2B revenue growth, focusing on industries such as luxury hospitality, real estate development, and commercial contracting.

Opportunity Identification
Source and qualify new leads through market research, attendance at industry events, and by leveraging networks in the luxury interiors and building materials sectors.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Foster lasting partnerships by understanding client objectives and delivering customized product solutions that meet their needs and expectations.

Presentations & Deal Closure
Deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demos. Lead negotiations around pricing and contracts to secure profitable agreements.

Market Intelligence
Stay current with trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the industry to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Internal Collaboration
Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to align client needs with internal capabilities and ensure smooth execution of B2B projects.

Sales Performance Tracking
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, update CRM records, and provide accurate forecasts to support business planning.

Industry Events & Trade Shows
Represent the company at key industry gatherings to network, promote brand visibility, and generate qualified leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within luxury goods, construction materials, or high-end home improvement sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships.

  • Proficient negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.

  • Understanding of the needs and buying behaviors of B2B clients in commercial and upscale residential markets.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Skilled with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in luxury fixtures, appliances, or premium home products.

  • Existing network within hospitality or commercial real estate development.

  • Experience with long-cycle, contract-based sales.

  • Familiarity with online B2B marketplaces such as Amazon Business, Wayfair Professional, or Home Depot Pro.
