This role is ideal for someone passionate about operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC frameworks and methodologies
  • Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and drive performance improvements
  • Support capacity planning, labor optimization, and asset utilization strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce material variances and improve KPIs
  • Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes
  • Contribute to validation efforts, compliance systems, and autonomous maintenance programs
  • Apply statistical process control and support cost reduction and quality enhancement projects
  • Provide coaching and training on Lean Six Sigma principles across teams

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or continuous improvement role
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience with manufacturing systems (MES, WMS, QMS) is a plus
