What You'll Do:
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC frameworks and methodologies
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and drive performance improvements
- Support capacity planning, labor optimization, and asset utilization strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce material variances and improve KPIs
- Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes
- Contribute to validation efforts, compliance systems, and autonomous maintenance programs
- Apply statistical process control and support cost reduction and quality enhancement projects
- Provide coaching and training on Lean Six Sigma principles across teams
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or continuous improvement role
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Experience with manufacturing systems (MES, WMS, QMS) is a plus
