Director, Channel Sales

A CPG client of mine is hiring for a Director, Channel Sales to manage their Walmart & Sam's Club sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full commercial strategy for Walmart and Sam's Club within the private‑label portfolio.
  • Build and execute customer‑specific growth plans that align with company financial and strategic goals.
  • Deliver annual volume, revenue, and profit objectives through margin improvement.
  • Serve as the main sales contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong, long‑term partnerships.
  • Manage customer negotiations across pricing, contracts, innovation launches, cost recovery, and long‑range agreements.
  • Support the VP of Sales by monitoring performance, analyzing results, and recommending actions, including new product and line‑extension opportunities.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience within private label CPG
  • Direct experience managing Walmart and Sam's Club accounts
  • Bachelor's degree required.
