Position Overview

The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily business activities, improving operational efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives across departments. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in operations management, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage core operational functions including logistics, supply chain, facilities, and administrative support.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals.
  • Identify and resolve inefficiencies in workflows, systems, and processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for executive leadership.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems and operational analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
