About the Role
Safety is a top priority for the organization, and the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) function plays a critical role in advancing this mission. The EHS team leads initiatives focused on improving environmental impact, strengthening safety culture, and supporting employee well-being.
The EHS Systems Management Analyst will be responsible for administering and improving digital systems used to track, analyze, and report EHS data across the organization. This role supports continuous improvement by leveraging data insights and optimizing system performance. The position also partners closely with EHS and operational teams to ensure effective implementation of EHS programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze EHS data within enterprise systems to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Manage EHS metrics collection, reporting, and data governance
- Serve as system administrator and internal trainer for EHS software platforms
- Configure reports, manage user access, and troubleshoot system issues in coordination with vendors
- Support vendor engagement, including system documentation, specifications, and testing protocols
- Oversee integration of EHS-related digital systems and tools
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of corporate EHS policies and procedures, including scheduled reviews
- Promote effective document management practices to support audits and compliance
- Support and enhance digital training materials to improve engagement and adoption
- Act as a central resource for EHS systems and documentation across multiple sites
Qualifications
- Experience configuring and administering EHS management systems preferred
- Strong background in document control and records management required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Forms); data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau or similar) is a plus
- Familiarity with system integration and cloud-based data environments
- Project management skills preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of ISO standards is beneficial
- Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving approach
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in EHS systems or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
