Location: Duluth, Minnesota
Salary: $108,000 - $130,000 + 10% Bonus
We are working with a leading manufacturing organization seeking an Electrical Planner / Supervisor to join their team. This is a key position responsible for driving efficient maintenance planning and supporting safe, reliable plant operations within a heavy industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule preventative and corrective electrical maintenance activities
- Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to optimize uptime
- Develop detailed job plans, including labor, materials, and timelines
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintenance best practices
- Provide leadership and oversight to maintenance technicians as needed
Qualifications:
- Background in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technologies, or Electrical Trades
- Proven experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing environment
- Experience working in a heavy industrial setting (highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance processes
- Hands-on experience as an electrical technician strongly preferred
