This is more than a job-it's an opportunity to design and deliver a long-term fleet strategy, including the replacement of over 50 tractor units and 250 trailers in the next decade. You'll be at the forefront of introducing cutting-edge solutions like EVs and alternative fuels, driving efficiency and environmental progress.

Your Mission:
- Develop and deliver a full fleet replacement programme.
- Lead initiatives for greener, smarter transport solutions.
- Manage vendor performance and ensure top-tier service.
- Inspire and guide a dedicated fleet team toward excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in fleet or logistics or procurement.
- Strong technical and managerial background in LGV maintenance/compliance.
- Commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualifications (Level 3 Mechanical, CPC desirable).
