HSE Manager (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für das globale HSE-Management aller internationalen Produktionsstandorte
- Weiterentwicklung des integrierten Managementsystems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001)
- Planung, Durchführung und Steuerung von internen Audits
- Umsetzung gesetzlicher HSE-Anforderungen, insbesondere in Deutschland
- Arbeitssicherheit: Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (FaSi) als zwingende Voraussetzung
- Abfallmanagement für die deutschen Standorte
- Analyse und Monitoring von HSE-Kennzahlen sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Teams in Europa und den USA, inklusive gelegentlicher internationaler Reisen
Ihr Profil
Must-have Qualifikationen:
- 5-10 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im HSE-Bereich
- Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (FaSi)
- Auditorenkompetenz, idealerweise Lead Auditor für mehrere ISO-Standards
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Energiemanagement (ISO 50001)
- Kompetenz in Datenanalyse / KPI-Management
Nice-to-have:
- Erfahrungen in produzierenden Industrieunternehmen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Recycling, Kreislaufwirtschaft oder Umwelttechnik
