Maintenance Supervisor

Looking for a motivated Maintenance Supervisor located in or around Las Cruces, NM who will retain responsibilities including implementing corrective actions to create the effectiveness of the equipment in the food/beverage industry. The role will also implement engaging in the responsibilities of a manager including planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and delegating.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for...

• Collaborates with engineering and facility teams to enhance safety, product quality, equipment reliability, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Oversees maintenance operations and capital projects across the site.
• Applies mechanical and electrical expertise to maintain production systems, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
• Ensures all utility systems (e.g., refrigeration, electrical, steam, compressed air) are fully operational to support production.
• Ensures compliance with corporate policies in both daily maintenance and capital project execution.
• Maintains accurate technical documentation, including PLC logic, schematics, SOPs, and maintenance records.
• Enforces safety, food safety, and regulatory policies with staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Manages team planning, organization, and delegation to meet operational goals.

The Maintenance should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in Dairy, Food, or Beverage industry, with prior supervisory experience.
• Proficient in boilers, refrigeration, PLCs, electrical systems, cooling towers, ammonia compressors, and packaging equipment.
• Skilled in electronics, instrumentation, troubleshooting, reading schematics, and ladder logic.Strong math skills for basic calculations and formulas.
