Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
Company Summary: An international food company, founded in the early 20th century and headquartered in Europe, is a global leader in snacking. My client is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Team in North Carolina. This role will help ensure operational reliability and efficiency by leading preventive maintenance efforts, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement across facility and production systems.
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for….
- Leading and supporting technicians in executing preventive maintenance and reactive repairs efficiently.
- Developing and managing training programs to ensure technical growth and fault resolution capabilities.
- Monitoring maintenance schedules and prioritizing facility work orders while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and conduct fault investigations to prevent recurring issues.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards, including proper use of LOTO and 5S methodologies.
The Maintenance Supervisor should have the following qualifications…
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant leadership experience).
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within maintenance or technical services.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs, pneumatics, and motors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Ultimo and food industry equipment is a plus.
