Plant Controller

This role ensures accurate financial reporting, cost control, and compliance with corporate policies and procedures. The Plant Controller will work closely with plant management to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Inventory.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and regulatory reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax filings, and financial reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred.
• Proven experience as a Plant Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Skilled in accounting software and financial systems administration.
