A dynamic opportunity awaits for a Process Engineer to join a forward-thinking manufacturing team dedicated to innovation and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in driving technical solutions and providing leadership across production and engineering functions. The Process Engineer will play a key role in ensuring safety, quality, environmental compliance, and cost efficiency, while supporting day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on support for production, maintenance, and engineering activities to ensure consistent output that meets customer expectations for quality and quantity.
  • Monitor and analyze historical performance data, key process parameters, and efficiencies to identify trends and support troubleshooting efforts.
  • Respond to process deviations by collaborating with operations teams to implement corrective actions and maintain optimal performance.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements, including new operating techniques and capital investments, to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Lead and support investigations related to safety and quality incidents, driving continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate training and coaching for operations personnel, promoting growth in process knowledge and operational excellence.
  • Oversee process conditions and operational activities, proposing adjustments to maintain cost-effective and efficient production.
  • Serve as a Certified Lean Specialist, leading internal projects focused on process optimization and waste reduction.
  • Collaborate with training teams to develop and execute effective training programs, ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Provide coverage for Department Manager or Operations Lead roles during absences, maintaining continuity in leadership and operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including performance under pressure and in emergency situations.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities, with a focus on developing team performance and leadership.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to challenge conventional approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus and foster collaborative relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with GMP, Quality, and Safety standards, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability and readiness to embrace change in a dynamic operational setting.
