What You'll Do

As Procurement Category Manager - Ingredients & Packaging, you will:

  • Develop and implement category strategies for ingredients and packaging materials, aligned with global and regional business objectives.
  • Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, quality, and continuity of supply.
  • Manage supplier relationships through robust SRM practices, driving innovation and sustainability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Finance to deliver value beyond cost.
  • Analyze market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Champion sustainability, ensuring sourcing practices meet environmental and ethical standards in line with the company's carbon neutrality goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in procurement/category management, ideally in ingredients, packaging, or related sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and contracting skills with a track record of delivering value.
  • Ability to analyse market data, manage risk, and develop strategic plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
