What You'll Do
As Procurement Category Manager - Ingredients & Packaging, you will:
- Develop and implement category strategies for ingredients and packaging materials, aligned with global and regional business objectives.
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, quality, and continuity of supply.
- Manage supplier relationships through robust SRM practices, driving innovation and sustainability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Finance to deliver value beyond cost.
- Analyze market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Champion sustainability, ensuring sourcing practices meet environmental and ethical standards in line with the company's carbon neutrality goals.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in procurement/category management, ideally in ingredients, packaging, or related sectors.
- Strong negotiation and contracting skills with a track record of delivering value.
- Ability to analyse market data, manage risk, and develop strategic plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
