This is a high-visibility, hybrid technical and commercial role supporting the growth of advanced electrical and power technologies across a range of critical applications, including infrastructure, industrial, and emerging energy markets.
You'll play a key role in connecting engineering, customers, and the go-to-market strategy-helping identify new opportunities, shape product direction, and bring innovative solutions to market. The position offers strong exposure to both the technical and business sides of the organization, making it an excellent stepping stone for engineers interested in moving toward product management, business leadership, or customer-facing roles.
This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with sales, engineering, and end customers, gaining a full view of how products are developed, positioned, and ultimately adopted in real-world applications.
What You'll Do
- Help identify and evaluate new business opportunities across multiple industries and applications
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customers to align solutions with market needs
- Support customer-facing activities, including presentations, technical discussions, and solution development
- Contribute to product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Participate in customer visits, industry events, and key meetings
- Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and strategy
What They're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related technical field)
- ~1-4 years of experience in a technical, applications, or customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Interest in product marketing, strategy, or customer engagement
- Exposure to power systems, infrastructure, or industrial technologies is a plus
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Open to travel (~25-30%)
