Quality Manager

Key Responsiblities:

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the plant's quality testing and reporting systems, ensuring they align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal performance goals.
• Manage and maintain product specifications, test methods, and procedural instructions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance throughout the production process.
• Conduct thorough line validations when introducing new products or implementing major process changes, verifying that all quality parameters are met and documented before full-scale production begins.
• Ensure the accurate and complete maintenance of all quality records, including audits, inspections, and corrective actions, to support traceability and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to the Quality Control team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while driving performance to meet and exceed plant quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance environment.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Quality role, with a proven track record of leading quality initiatives and driving measurable improvements in product and process performance.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality systems, including experience with audits, validations, and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting.
