Position Summary
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Reliability & Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading plant maintenance, engineering, and reliability functions to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own plant equipment performance (uptime, MTBF, MTTR, OEE) and drive continuous improvement
- Lead preventive/predictive maintenance programs and root cause analysis efforts
- Manage and develop maintenance teams, ensuring strong execution and accountability
- Oversee asset reliability, spare parts strategy, and CMMS/Redzone utilization
- Ensure compliance with safety, GMPs, food safety standards, and manage budgets/capital projects
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of maintenance or engineering leadership in food/CPG manufacturing environments
- Proven experience in high-speed production with strong troubleshooting (mechanical, electrical, controls)
- Expertise in preventive maintenance, reliability programs, and data-driven performance improvement
- Experience with CMMS or digital maintenance tools (Redzone preferred) and regulatory environments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
