Reliability Manager
DSJ Global is currently partnered with an industry leading paper and packaging manufacturing organization who is looking to add on a new Reliability Manager to their team in the greater Jacksonville, FL area. The Reliability Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and support to improve and optimize process and production systems reliability. This role interacts with all maintenance and operating areas.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the enterprise asset management system to drive workflow planning, preventive/predictive maintenance, and precision maintenance practices.
- Develop and manage condition‑monitoring programs, including lubrication, vibration analysis, and infrared inspection routes.
- Lead root cause failure analyses (RCFA) and implement corrective actions to eliminate repeat equipment issues.
- Integrate reliability‑centered maintenance, risk‑based inspections, and critical spare parts strategies into daily operations.
- Provide technical expertise for evaluating new maintenance technologies and optimizing existing equipment.
- Equip and support maintenance and operations teams with tools, processes, and training to better understand equipment health.
- Manage reliability KPIs, analyze performance trends, and support ISO maintenance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, process efficiency, cost, safety, and overall work environment.
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering (Mechanical or Paper preferred)
- 5+ years of experience with manufacturing maintenance processes. Direct experience within paper, paperboard, or containerboard manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience with RCFA and formal problem solving approaches
- Ability to lead a team of Maintenance employees.
