Sales Executive
A global logistics provider is looking for a driven and commercially focused Sales Executive to join their growing team. Specializing in air and ocean freight solutions for high-value industries such as semiconductors, electronics, and automotive, the company is expanding its footprint in the Netherlands with a new facility in Amsterdam and Rotterdam region.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts. You'll work closely with internal teams and global offices to develop trade lanes, manage CRM pipelines, and ensure a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include prospecting new clients, maintaining regular contact with existing accounts, preparing and following up on quotations, and supporting trade lane development with international offices. You'll also represent the company at industry events and contribute to market intelligence by tracking competitor activity and pricing trends.
We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics, including air and ocean transport, customs, and supply chain processes. You should be fluent in Dutch and English, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
