Sales Manager

This Sales Account Manager role is focused on expanding market share, deepening customer relationships, and driving strategic growth across key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial and government accounts, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead qualification across targeted markets
- Deliver high-impact sales presentations to senior stakeholders, including corporate executives and military leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and executive teams to align solutions with customer needs
- Prepare and negotiate pricing proposals, bids, and contracts to maximize profitability
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM tools
- Ensure exceptional customer service and post-sale support to strengthen account retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 7 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally within aerospace, defense, or technical manufacturing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, ERP/MRP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking capabilities
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagement and industry events
