Currently, DSJ Global is partnered with a fast‑growing industrial manufacturing company seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead production, engineering, and maintenance teams across a multi‑shift operation. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement, overseeing equipment and facility readiness, and ensuring production targets are achieved with excellence in quality, safety, and efficiency.
As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will:
- Lead engineering, production, and maintenance teams across multiple shifts.
- Oversee facility start‑up activities, equipment installation, and process qualification.
- Develop manufacturing processes, layouts, and standardized work systems.
- Partner with Quality, Logistics, and Procurement to optimize plant operations.
The Senior Engineering Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
- 6-10 years of manufacturing experience in a high‑volume environment.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering or production teams.
- MUST have experience in Automotive industry.
- Hands‑on experience with continuous improvement and Lean tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
Education/Skills/Experience:
- Experience with start‑up manufacturing operations.
- Background in automotive, machinery, or driveline manufacturing.
- Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise systems.
- Ability to support flexible hours and multi‑shift operations.
