Senior Memory Test Engineer
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Memory Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, validation, and optimization of test solutions for memory products, including DRAM, SRAM, and Flash technologies. This is a key technical role in ensuring product quality, performance, and yield in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement memory test programs for new product introductions using industry-standard Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
- Design and optimize test algorithms for characterization, qualification, and high-volume manufacturing.
- Perform data analysis and debugging to identify root causes of test failures and yield issues.
- Collaborate with design, product, process, and reliability engineering teams to support product development and continuous improvement.
- Lead test development projects and mentor junior engineers on best practices and methodologies.
- Work with overseas manufacturing sites to transfer and sustain test solutions in production.
- Contribute to test strategy definition, including cost and time optimization, binning strategy, and DFT (Design-for-Test) support.
- Drive test quality and ensure compliance with internal and customer specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in memory test engineering, preferably in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ATE platforms such as Advantest, Teradyne, etc.
- Strong programming skills (e.g., C/C++, Python, Perl) and experience in test automation.
- Deep understanding of memory architectures (e.g., DRAM, NAND, NOR, SRAM) and test methodologies.
- Experience with yield enhancement and failure analysis techniques.
