Ein hochskalierbarer E-Commerce-Standort im Aufbau: Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für eine hochautomatisierte Logistikplattform mit rund 1.000 Mitarbeitenden. Vom ersten Tag an prägen Sie den Ramp-up, etablieren Strukturen und treiben die Performance in einem anspruchsvollen, KPI-getriebenen Umfeld.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für den Standort inkl. P&L, Operations und Workforce
- Aufbau, Steuerung und Skalierung des Standorts im Greenfield-/Ramp-up-Umfeld
- Sicherstellung effizienter End-to-End-Prozesse entlang der Fulfillment-Kette
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Management- und operativen Teams
- KPI-basierte Steuerung (Produktivität, Qualität, Kosten, Servicelevel)
- Optimierung hochautomatisierter Lager- und Distributionsprozesse
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden im Single-User-Setup
Ihr Profil
- Erfahrung im hochvolumigen E-Commerce-Umfeld
- Fundierte Expertise in automatisierten Lagerstrukturen
- Erfahrung im Aufbau bzw. in der Skalierung von Standorten
- Tiefes Verständnis von Pick, Pack, Ship & Retouren
- Klare KPI- und Performance-Orientierung in komplexen Umfeldern
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
