We are seeking a Supply Planner to support inventory and supply planning activities within a manufacturing environment. This role plays an important part in connecting customer demand with production execution-helping ensure products are available when needed while balancing inventory, service, and operational efficiency.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross‑functionally, partnering closely with operations, and improving how planning decisions are made and executed.
What You'll Do
- Support inventory and supply planning activities to meet service expectations while maintaining healthy inventory levels
- Translate demand signals into practical supply and production plans, considering capacity, materials, and operational constraints
- Execute short‑term production planning and scheduling activities to support manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Procurement to align priorities, resolve constraints, and support smooth order fulfillment
- Manage production order flow and help maintain planning parameters and system data
- Monitor supply risks and constraints, supporting communication and alignment across teams
- Assist with product changes, transitions, and special order requirements as needed
- Partner with operations to align plans with capacity, downtime, and labor considerations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, using data and analysis to improve planning processes and service performance
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Experience in supply planning, production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations
- Exposure to a manufacturing or plant‑based environment
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and strong Excel skills; experience with reporting or analytics tools is a plus
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dymic, operational setting
- Proactive, accountable, and curious, with a mindset focused on improvement and problem‑solving
- A collaborative communicator with a service‑oriented approach
