Role Overview:
Design, program, and maintain industrial control systems (DCS/PLC) to support automated processes. Collaborate with engineering, production, and IT teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and review P&IDs, control documentation, and automation packages.
- Configure and program DCS/PLC systems; troubleshoot and optimize performance.
- Specify and procure instrumentation and control valves.
- Implement OT network design and cybersecurity best practices.
- Analyze historical process data for optimization and troubleshooting.
- Support commissioning and startup of control systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- BS degree in Electrical/Controls Engineering
- 5+ years in DCS/PLC design and programming.
- Experience with motor control, VFDs, and communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, DeviceNet).
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Experience with DeltaV and Allen Bradley systems.
