About the Company

Our client is a globally recognized beauty and lifestyle fashion group with strong international brand presence across Asia, Europe, and North America. To support regional business growth, they are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager, Marketing to join their Hong Kong regional office.

This role offers excellent regional exposure and an opportunity to drive both digital and offline marketing initiatives across multiple markets.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Lead, you will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns covering both online and offline channels. You will partner closely with regional teams, agencies, retail partners, and internal stakeholders to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business performance across Asia markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support regional marketing strategy and campaign execution across digital and offline platforms
  • Coordinate integrated marketing activities including social media, KOL/influencer campaigns, CRM, retail promotions, events, and partnerships
  • Manage campaign timelines, content calendars, and marketing materials across multiple markets
  • Work closely with creative, e-commerce, retail, and product teams to ensure aligned brand messaging
  • Monitor digital performance metrics and prepare campaign analysis reports with actionable insights
  • Support media buying, agency coordination, and marketing budget tracking
  • Assist in organizing pop-up events, product launches, PR activities, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities within beauty and lifestyle sectors
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, retail, or consumer brands
  • Hands-on experience across both digital and offline marketing channels
  • Familiar with social media platforms, CRM campaigns, influencer/KOL marketing, and retail promotions
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese, as well as Mandarin
  • Regional exposure within Asia markets is highly advantageous
  • Energetic, proactive, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
