While the company has a strong international presence and a solid reputation, its French operations are close to start-up phase. What you'll do

  • Develop new business: Identify and secure new clients across air, ocean, and road freight forwarding.
  • Build from scratch: Establish local processes and contribute to the foundation of the French operation.
  • Collaborate globally: Work closely with international teams to align local strategy with global standards.
  • Drive growth: Create and execute a commercial plan that accelerates revenue and market share.

What we're looking for

  • Proven freight forwarding experience: Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and road solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Thrives in start-up environments and enjoys building things from zero.
  • Self-starter attitude: Comfortable working independently and making decisions.
  • Commercial acumen: Skilled in negotiation, client acquisition, and strategic planning.
  • Fluent in French and English: Additional languages are a plus.
