Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customer relationships across the APAC region. This role is ideal for a logistics professional with deep expertise in ocean and/or air freight, a strong commercial mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts across APAC, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop tailored logistics solutions in collaboration with operations, pricing, and customer service teams.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across freight modes and value-added services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, resolving issues and ensuring service excellence.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare business reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to align on account strategies and execution.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting freight operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management or sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ocean and/or air freight operations, pricing, and trade lanes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and deliver commercial results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional APAC languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
