Job Summary
We are seeking a senior Engineering leader to drive standardization, scalability, and operational excellence across multiple manufacturing locations. This role is responsible for establishing best-in-class manufacturing processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting new product and process introductions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical depth and cross-functional influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deploy standardized manufacturing process engineering practices across multiple facilities
- Lead process optimization initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance
- Oversee development and maintenance of core process documentation and validation standards
- Ensure manufacturing processes remain audit-ready and compliant with applicable quality systems
- Provide strategic oversight of automation, controls, and advanced manufacturing initiatives
- Support new product and process launches through structured readiness and validation activities
- Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on scrap reduction, throughput, and process capability
- Partner with operations, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve complex production issues
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, multi-site engineering team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience, including leadership responsibility
- Strong background in process standardization, continuous improvement, and launch support
- Experience leading engineering teams across multiple locations
- Proven ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and improve operational performance
- Willingness to travel periodically to support manufacturing sites
