About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and people‑focused HR Business Partner to support our Hong Kong operations. This role combines HR generalist expertise, employee engagement, and HR operational excellence. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, drive people programs, and help cultivate a high‑performance and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering & Generalist Support

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR guidance.
  • Provide day‑to‑day HR advisory on employee relations, performance management, organisation changes, and workforce planning.
  • Support talent acquisition by partnering with hiring managers and HR teams on job requirements and selection.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.

Staff Engagement & Culture Building

  • Lead engagement initiatives to strengthen employee experience and workplace culture.
  • Plan and execute surveys, team‑building programs, recognition activities, and communication initiatives.
  • Analyze engagement insights and propose action plans for business leaders.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, leave administration, benefits, HRIS updates, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, HR policies, and company governance.
  • Support HR process optimization and digitalization to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, ideally within Hong Kong.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong labor regulations and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic work and hands‑on operations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, MS Office, and data reporting.
  • Fluency of English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese is required.
