A leading portfolio of international luxury appliances and interior brands is seeking a Regional Brand Specialist (RBS) to lead brand performance, growth, and luxury positioning across the Eastern Region.

This is a senior, high visibility role responsible for owning regional results across dealer, showroom, and design trade channels. The position blends luxury brand stewardship, regional sales leadership, and high‑touch relationship management with top designers, architects, and specifiers.

This role is ideal for a luxury professional who thrives in design led environments, understands how premium brands are built and protected, and is comfortable owning both brand integrity and commercial performance.


What You'll Own

Brand & Regional Leadership

  • Execute regional brand strategies to grow revenue, profitability, and market presence across multiple luxury brands.
  • Own regional performance including forecasting, pipeline management, and growth planning in partnership with senior sales leadership.
  • Uphold and enforce luxury brand standards across all dealer and showroom environments.
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert on product configuration, specifications, pricing, lead times, installation nuances, and competitive differentiation.

Dealer & Channel Development

  • Build, manage, and expand relationships across retail, showroom, and trade channels.
  • Identify growth opportunities through improved displays, product mix optimization, upsell strategies, cross brand bundling, and new account development.
  • Ensure consistency of brand presentation across physical showrooms, digital listings, and dealer executions.

Trade & Design Relations

  • Act as the primary regional liaison to kitchen and bath designers, architects, landscape architects, and other specifiers.
  • Drive brand advocacy and product specification across a portfolio of luxury products.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new trade partners and design showrooms to expand regional reach and visibility.
  • Manage long cycle, specification driven opportunities through relationship first engagement.

Luxury Project & Pipeline Management

  • Lead upstream positioning within the luxury design channel, including highly customized, bespoke projects.
  • Co‑manage complex project pipelines from early design qualification through pricing readiness and handoff.
  • Execute disciplined, high touch lead follow‑up with a 360‑degree view of the customer and project lifecycle.

Multi‑Brand Portfolio Leadership

  • Serve as the regional lead for a premium interior and furnishings brand within the broader portfolio.
  • Drive growth across multiple dealer tiers and partner categories.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to onboard, develop, and activate new dealer partners.
  • Leverage cross-brand opportunities to maximize showroom impact and regional market presence.

Field Leadership & Training

  • Travel extensively (approximately three weeks per month) throughout the region.
  • Deliver premium level product and brand training for sales associates, designers, and specifiers.
  • Train and mentor regional sales leaders on brand positioning, competitive differentiation, and selling strategies.

Who You Are

You are a luxury brand and sales leader with a strong track record in premium or ultra-premium products, comfortable operating in design driven, relationship led environments.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in luxury appliances, high‑end interiors, cabinetry, or adjacent design‑centric categories.
  • Proven success in regional sales leadership, account management, or brand management roles.
  • Deep familiarity with the design/build/trade ecosystem.
  • Experience managing complex, long‑cycle sales or specification‑driven projects.

  • Ability to balance brand integrity with commercial performance.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities.
  • Self directed, resourceful, and effective working independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business intelligence tools.
  • Comfort working with sales data, forecasts, and performance metrics.
