The Maintenance Manager responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team while fostering a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimize maintenance operations, including preventive and predictive programs, work order systems, and capital projects.
- Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime across plant systems and infrastructure, including utilities and specialized equipment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and safety teams to support plant performance and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee budgets and resources, including spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and CMMS usage to drive cost-effective maintenance.
The Maintenance Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical) preferred, with at least 7 years of industrial maintenance experience and 3+ years in a supervisory role within a chemical or process manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and methodologies (CMMS, RCM, TPM, PdM), regulatory standards (OSHA, PSM, EPA), and equipment reliability practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets and contractors, and collaborate across departments to drive performance and compliance.
