Maintenance Manager
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead all aspects of facility maintenance, including property, equipment, and grounds. This role ensures operational efficiency by minimizing downtime and maintaining production systems at peak performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee maintenance operations for all plant equipment and building systems.
- Manage a preventive maintenance program and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Supervise maintenance staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive team environment.
- Coordinate repairs, installations, and vendor contracts; assist with capital and expense projects.
- Monitor warranties, service agreements, and inventory; maintain accurate records using computerized maintenance systems.
- Control department costs and operate within approved budgets.
- Conduct weekly safety and production meetings; maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
- Be available for on-call support and ensure qualified backups during absences.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical coursework preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Computer proficiency and data entry skills.
