The Plant Manager will be responsible for:
- Oversee daily plant operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Lead and develop salaried and hourly teams across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements
- Manage labor planning, equipment utilization, and material flow
- Track KPIs and operational metrics to drive accountability
- Partner cross‑functionally to resolve issues and support customer needs
- Support budgeting, cost controls, and capital projects
The Plant Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) a plus; equivalent leadership experience considered
- 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with plant or multi‑department oversight
- Experience in automotive, transportation, metal fabrication, foam, or high‑mix manufacturing environments strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3 quality systems
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
