Job Title: Procurement Analyst, Mandarin Speaking
Location: Commerce, CA
Salary: $65,000-$85,000
Job Summary: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to join Thier team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of procurement processes along with being bi-lingual in English and Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
