Production Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage a team emphasizing strong engagement, continuous improvement, and quality
- Continuously collaborate with other departments and teams including sanitation, maintenance, and safety
- Mentor a team of operators/associates to effectively learn and enhance capabilities
- Uphold the standard that safe and defect free products are being made across the given area of the facility
- Continuously implement and lead safety programs and practices
- Collaborate with talent acquisition partners throughout onboarding for the team
- Handle conflict resolution with effective communication in difficult conversations
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in production supervision
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively lead a team in a fast-paced FDA regulated environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft platforms is a plus
- Willingness to write detailed reports and correspondence
- Experience delivering feedback and holding colleagues accountable
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
- Must be willing to wear PPE while working at the facility (i.e. steel toe rubber boots, safety glasses, gloves, etc.)
- Must be willing to walk, stand, stoop, push and bend for an extended period of time up to 12 hours
- May be required to lift up to 50 pounds
